"Great stay great place."

Its was very clean. Had everything i wanted plus more. Bottle of water coffee machine. In the centre of wurzburg. Good parking and a safe nabour hood.

Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.

Ich habe zwei Nächte hier verbracht, aber nach dem ersten Tag funktionierte meine Zimmerkarte nicht mehr, was etwas störend war.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker Das Zimmer war Ok Die Aussicht war toll

Leider wurde mir das Zimmer einfach über PayPal ein zweites Mal abgebucht. Ich hatte das Zimmer im Voraus bezahlt. Am Abreisetag wollte man es mir noch einmal mit dem Frühstück abbuchen. Ich wies darauf hin, dass das Zimmer schon bezahlt ist. Dann bezahlte ich nur das Frühstück. Am nächsten Tag, wurde mir, ohne eine Autorisierung von mir, 99€ für das Zimmer ein zweites Mal, abgebucht. Ich frage mich bis heute wie das möglich sein kann, habe aber bisher keine Erklärung hierfür erhalten.
