The rooms were not clean. Bed and bath were used. Used cups in the room.

The room was clean, received good detailed instructions on where to find the key and how to get to the room

I did not see a single staff member or other guest the entirety of the one night stay. I booked this hotel based on restaurant on site and breakfast provided with stay, on arrival I sent a message (vis booking.com) to the hotel asking where is the breakfast in the morning. Only to be advised that there was no breakfast and no restaurant-for events only, I was asked for my IBAN and told cost for breakfast would be refunded. However I booked with my work credit card so could not provide the IBAN, the money for this stay was taken from the credit card days before my arrival. I should have been informed of this prior to my stay. I did ask for breakfast locations for the next morning and was advised of some which opened at 8am, this was too late for me as I had to be at business location at 8.30 and was a 15 minute drive. For dinner a lot of places in the area where closed so that was also a let down, considering when I booked it was under the believe there was a restaurant on site. The floor in the room was also uneven. It was quite warm in the room, there was a fan provided but this did not work. The stay was overpriced and under delivered.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Abendessen konnten wir dort nicht, aber ein paar Schritte in die City und man hatte die Auswahl mehrerer guter Restaurants.
