no shampoo.

it was roomy and clean once we had been changed from a small pokey smokers room

we arrived at 4pm having seen that we could check in from 12. we waited in the rain with our bikes until booking.com had contacted the hotel to let us in a hour later. the man treated it as a big joke and said the website was a lie. he gave us a free drink but we weren’t impressed. he wanted us to have breakfast at 6am but we said 8am. the hot food was inedible having obviously sat around for some time. we had to find staff to ask for refills of milk etc and no one bothered to say goodbye. generally very unwelcoming and in our opinion shouldn’t be on booking.com listing. we’ve been travelling by bike through Europe for the last 3 weeks and this was the worst of our stays
