Honestly, I was expecting a lot more from a well-known guesthouse in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. As for the pros: we slept really well – cosy beds, and it was really quiet despite all the guests. The lady who was serving breakfast was really nice; smiling, joyful.

A lot of cons, unfortunately... In fact, it felt like basically no one from the guesthouse staff knew English on a communicative level, which made it really hard to understand each other. Even the 'poster' (with some basic info about the stay and the guesthouse) was prepared only in German, so if you don't know the language, better prepare a translation app. There was practically nothing in the room besides the beds and the towels;) no glass, no mug, so you can drink water only if you drink it straight from your bottle. No possibility to prepare even a tea in the evening, which makes it hard if you travel with a kid. Breakfast was good, but there was nothing warm prepared, so kinda unusual tbh. I know Garmisch is not cheap, but for this price, we expected more.

Tutto ok. Lo staff al momento del mio arrivo non tanto accogliente e disponibile, in quanto erano occupati con il ristorante. Questo può essere migliorato.

La habitación es muy cómoda, amplia y con una vista hermosa. El desayuno rico y completo. El baño compartido también fue cómodo (en ningún momento me crucé con otras personas). Estaba muy limpio

Internet no funciona bien

Das Personal war freundlich, das einchecken hat reibungslos funktioniert und als ich zum Frühstück viel zu früh unten war . Habe ich vom Personal ungefragt trotzdem schon Kaffee angeboten bekommen und ich hätte auch schon essen dürfen, wenn ich gewollt hätte. Das Parkhaus war auch sehr günstig gelegen und der Preis war auch super.

Wir waren zu 3. Und leider musste eine von uns auf einem anderen Stockwerk schlafen. Die Matratzen vom Doppelzimmer haben unserem Rücken nicht gut getan, sie fühlten sich durchgelegen an. Interessant war auch das die WC Tür vom 1. Stock nicht als Herren WC ausgeschildert war. Obwohl man um in die Toilettenkabine zu kommen an 2 offenen Pissuars vorbei musste.
