Sauberes Standardhotel das alles bietet was man benötigt. Freundliches Personal, gut gelegen und grosser Kostenfreier Parkplatz um die Ecke, Tiefgarage vorhanden wer dies benötigt.

Unfortunately, there were many reasons why this was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a hotel and mine more than 50 years of travel throughout the world! I wish that someone from the hotel and from the Booking.com would talk directly with me. Among others, here are the low points: 1. I have been told check-in was from two until 630; we arrived at about 430 and the facility was closed with no one in sight 2. An envelope with my name on it was finally found on the door behind another envelope. Inside there was a code number which could be used to open the door. 3. There was no one to be found at the reception desk. There were several Signs instructing us as to what to do if we arrive from the reception was closed. 4. Registration forms were left on a desk; I did not fill out mine since I did not want others to see my personal information. 5. instructions for parking were complicated. I decided to leave my car in a space which was specifically not designated for parking, because the actual underground parking was some distance away and since I have mobility issues, it would’ve been terribly inconvenient to trt to find the car park. The place had been advertised as having parking on the premises… Which it may have to it, but directions were certainly very unclear, even though I am incredibly proficient in German as well as English. 6. There was no elevator to transport our luggage up a long flight of steps. I had advised the hotel that I have mobility issues, so it took my daughter and me about one2 hour to transport three pieces of luggage to the top of the stairs. 7. The biggest shock of all came when we entered the room, up on the first floor. I had reserved two twin beds and specified. We needed those spaces since I was travelling with my daughter. The room to which we were assigned had one normal size bed, not queen, not king… It had one comforter and it had one pillow on the bed.
