Das Hotel ist im Zentrum von Schonach gelegen mit guter Anbindung an den Westweg. Die Ausstattung des Hotels erfüllt den Zweck der Übernachtung. Das Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend, Sonderwünsche werden entgegengenommen. Ein Restaurantbesuch ist zu empfehlen. Die Einrichtung bzw. die Decken und Wänden im historischen schwärzwälder Stil wurden erhalten und sind urgemütlich. Das Essen ist empfehlenswert.

Man kann hier kein Hotel im modernen Stil erwarten. Eine Modernisierung der Zimmer wäre sicherlich ratsam, allerdings erfüllen Sie den Zweck.
