L'hôtel est très beau et propre, avec un style vintage agréable. L'endroit est calme, et les résidents aussi. La chambre est propre, cosy, fonctionnelle.

Le signal de WiFi est très faible, parfois même non détectable, en tout cas dans la salle de déjeuner et au dernier étage. Le pommeau de douche fuyait sur les côtés. Même si le personnel est sympathique, ce n'est pas facile de dialoguer si on ne parle pas Allemand.

Das Frühstück war sehr mittelmäßig. Der Kaffee war nicht heiß, es gab keine heiße Milch. Außer gekochten Eiern von merkwürdiger Konsistenz (glasiges, wabbeliges Eiweiß und hartes Eigelb) wurde in den Warmhalteplatten nichts angeboten.
