"Gute Lage, aber Einzelzimmer muss renoviert werden."

Lage des Hotels ist gut. Man ist direkt im Kaiserviertel. Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich. Netter Innenhof, der im Sommer sicherlich gut genutzt werden kann.

Das blaue Bad von Zimmer 403 müsste dringend renoviert werden. Oben und unten sind Kacheln herausgebrochen. Ich habe nichts gegen einen Vitage-Charme in einem Altbau, aber es darf kein Wasserschaden an der Decke vorhanden sein. Die in die Jahre gekommene Duschkabine war defekt, die Schiebetüren ließen sich nicht vollständig schließen. Schwarzer Schimmel in den Schienen der Duschkabine und in den Abdichtungen. Im Bad hat es unangenehm nach Urin gerochen. Die Lüftung war defekt, machte laute Geräusche, sobald das Licht eingeschaltet wurde. Die Wände des Zimmers könnten mal wieder gestrichen werden und die Matratze des Bettes ausgetauscht. Der Aufzug war nicht durchgängig in Betrieb. Am Sonntag bei der Abreise mussten die Koffer aus dem 4. Stock nach unten getragen werden.
