Rooms too hot no air conditioning

The hotel is in a great location, less than 5 mins walk to Saarlouis city centre. There is plenty of car parking and it is only a couple of mins drive off the motorway.

There was no air conditioning, and the rooms were tight and stuffy. The hotel had other events on, and the staff didn't seem to want us hanging around the hotel.

Leaving

Rooms had no air con only a noisy fan. No flexibility on times for breakfast even if you are on time for it. Wouldn’t hold bags for 3 hours after checkout as our bus didn’t leave for a few hours. Rude staff.

Having stayed here many time over the last 30 years …it’s a great hotel, lovely staff, great atmosphere and excellent bar and restaurant.

Simple, no fuss, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location for the town and motorway connections.

Adorable and clean property located within walking distance to the city center.

It was a bit noisy due to the hotel across the street, but that was no reflection of this property.
