Das Personal ist super freundlich. Zimmer sehr sauber. Schön war auch der Kühlschrank und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer.

Bei 39 Grad Außentemperatur war das Zimmer gefühlt noch wärmer. Da hatte man sich etwas mehr Gedanken machen müssen. Das Frühstück war nicht so gut... Bei diesen Temperaturen war nichts gekühlt, weder Butter noch Wurst noch Käse. Die Butter ist praktisch geschmolzen... Das nimmt die Lust auf ein entspanntes Frühstück

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Besitzer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück würden alle Wünsche erfüllt.

Breakfast was really nice. Room had enough space, clean bathroom. Location is close to main train station.

I wish if there was AC. We had room under the roof, and the combination of humid and hot weather. Indeed there was a cooling fan, but not enough for my preferences. Was friday, people were drinking and talking, and room looks at the street, so if was very noisy. I am not espetialy botherd by this, but it is important to mention.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Also the breakfast even though it was "simple" it actually had good options for a "lower cost hotel". The location has pros and cons, but it is close enough to the Central Station to be very good to visit the center. You can walk through the main tourist areas of Cologne from this location easily. The room for a lower cost single room was actually relatively well equipped and clean, only missing air conditioning to be perfect, but there was a Fan that could be used to refresh a little bit.

Ok first we need to understand this is a lower end hotel, so we cannot have high expectations here, but some of the things that are "less positive": - No elevator (old building, not possible) - The street where the hotel is can be quite noisy at night, and the general vicinity of the hotel seems to be a "worse than average" neighbourhood. I felt safe all the time, but I think it is enough to be wary (some homeless people, some people with "different business" around the area, etc). - No air conditioning in the room. In 2026 Europe there is no reason for not having this in a hotel room. - The entrance for the hotel in the main street is a single door. There is a sign in the building, but there is no easily identifiable lobby from the street, you need to enter the building door and go to the 1st floor to reach the reception. Note that even though I am providing some "critics", the stay was good enough for me and acceptable for the price, location and Cologne itself.

Alles war super. Die Lage sehr zentral. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße. Das muss man bedenken, das es sehr laut werden kann. Am Wochenende wird da gern gefeiert. Für uns war das kein Problem.
