Sehr bequeme Betten, super schönes Zimmer, extra Kaffeemaschine & Wasserkocher im Zimmer waren sehr hilfreich, sehr sauber alles, sympathisches & zuvorkommendes, nettes Personal, sehr gute Lage. Wir waren sehr happy 10/10

The staff gave us a full refund. We only stayed one night of our five night booking.

We were unable to stay due to bedbugs. We slept in the room one night before we noticed them, which has caused severe stress for us during our trip. We were offered a different room but we were already unhappy with the cleanliness of our original room. Gladly we were offered a full refund. The staff tried to help overall but sadly we cannot recommend this hotel to others. I would expect the hotel to be getting professional exterminators to treat the room and I sincerely wish them all the best with this. I hope no one else staying has the experience we did. We are left with the expense and worry of taking bedbugs with us in our luggage now which has added immeasurable stress to our holiday. The hotel offered to wash our belongings but we felt the need to leave as soon as we could to find bedbug free accommodation and conduct a thorough inspection of our things. Bedbugs are a hazard of travel but a good hotel should be inspecting their rooms for signs regularly - the bedding had obvious black dots on it so it was clear this was not the case here. I hope they can resolve the issue. Malchow is beautiful and the hotel is well situated so I trust that they will implement treatment and every prevention measure possible for future guests.
