Zimmerreinigung hat nicht wirklich stattgefunden; offensichtlich passen die Strukturen und Abläufe (noch) nicht; nach einer Vergrößerung sind u.a. der Frühstückstaum zu klein; der Saunabereich passt leider nicht zu der Anzahl der Zimmer (bei voller Auslastung)

Wow. Das ist fraglos die Perle unserer 14 tägigen Rundreise hier in der Gegend. Ein wunderschönes modernes Hotel inmitten einer prächtigen Umgebung. Grosses, bestens ausgestattetes Zimmer. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Ruhige Atmosphäre. Super Service. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant kann man nur empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch in dem schönen Ort Basedow. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich.
