Room size, breakfast, ambiance. Altogether, it's a good experience. I have been staying at SeeLuna almost every year for more than a decade when visiting family in Ebersberg because it is clean, comfortable, convenient, and serves good breakfast.

It's a pity that the restaurant isn't open for dinner, at least fir Christmas season...

The staff are lovely, the location over the lake is great, I could imagine in summer sitting on the terrace would be a wonderful place for dinner. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms were very clean and functional but the bathroom was tiny and if one was a little on the large size it would be difficult.

Very friendly and helpful staff (and great coffee at the reception:). Very nice location and lovely ambient. Parking is in front of the hotel. You have grocery stores, restaurants, coffee places... near by.

Location closed to a small lake, some staff friendly

Room not well prepared, had only 1 shower towel, 1 blanket and pillow for 2 people and had to ask friends living nearby to borrow, after complaining next morning we got told the breakfast of the day for 2 people would be free as compensation. At checkout, i still had to pay 1/2 of that days breakfast. 2nd day, no room cleaning when back in evening, heavily complained and received unfriendly reply by owner, like i ask for something extra. On check out day, the cleaning staff entered the room at 8:30 am, without knocking door or asking if we are ready. Very unprofessional and for us the final reason to conclude that this was a disappointing experience. Basic cleaness not good, no tissues refilled in bathroom, overall cleaness not meeting standard expectations, very low value for money. Can‘t recommend this hotel at all, would next time choose differently.
