"Very friendly and comfortable family hotel"

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, it felt like a home stay or a visit to some distant relative’s house rather than a stay at a hotel. The room was big and comfortable and the breakfasts were fantastic. This definitely ended up being one of our favorite stays in all of Ecuador.

The only thing is it’s a little bit of a walk from the center of town (like 30 to 40 minutes) BUT the walk is along a lovely riverfront trail and being away from the center means it’s nice and quiet so it wasn’t really so bad.

"An ok place with a good breakfast but use earplugs to sleep."

It was clean and it included a good breakfast.

The internet speed was so so and the TV box would take a while to work. Dogs barking loud was a nuisance.

"I'll be back."

The staff were exceptional. Taking me into Loja centre to find the clinic for my yellow fever vax. Also joining in traditional family meals, i felt at home. It's surroundings very quiet, yet a short brisk walk or taxi ride to the many bustling plaza's. Comfy clean rooms finish it off. Oh, and secure parking for my motorcycle.

Cannot think of anything that disappoints off the top of my head.🤷
