The good: -Design is unique, I expected such oriental design while staying in Luxor -Staff is genuine, they arranged everything smoothly with regular prices -Breakfast is Okay (could be nice with more fresh products) -Boat service works well (otherwise the hotel is far away to walk around)

Requires Improvement: - Beds are super hard, if you are not used to it, its a big problem - Bottle Water should be included in room service (not sold) - Coffee / kettle could be nice in the room - Road to boat is not nice, doesn't get along with hotel design!

We had a great stay at Djorff Palace, the architecture is stunning and the location on the West Bank of the Nile is so peaceful in contrast to Egyptian cities. The owner and staff were very welcoming and helped us have a memorable stay.

El edificio es muy bonito

No conectan el agua hasta determinadas horas, nunca pusieron facilidades para llevar desayuno temprano, cosas muy habitual en Egipto dado el horario de las excursiones. La dueña, una extranjera, muy poco simpática. El hotel está en medio de la nada, muy bonito estar junto al Nilo pero lejos de cualquier cosa. No recomiendo en absoluto este alojamiento y además tenemos pendiente una reclamación porque nos cobraron más de lo indicado en la reserva de Booking. De la camas, más duras que he visto en mi vida mejor ni hablar, y el tamaño minúsculo.

A real Palace on westbank of the Nile, beautifull sunny green garden and pool. Lovely room. Romantic. Friendly staff. I suggest to skip your 5star-Nilecruise, stay here 5-7 nights, visit the temples, kings valley, Sail, bike, Balloon and your Egypt visit is perfect. Thank you Djorff Palace for a lovely stay.
