Location to beach and sea view

The property is so tired looking. Stains on carpet in hallways to bedrooms. Dented holes in walls and looks like damp patches along skirting boards - my room was not worth the 400€ paid for upgrade except for the view

La sympathie du personnel de l’hôtel, ainsi que la bienveillance constante et la disponibilité sont des points forts de cet hôtel. Le point encore plus fort est vraiment la vue de l’hôtel qui donne sur la calanque privée… c’était vraiment un coin de paradis. Nous avons réservé un autre hôtel dans le nord de l’île et nous n’étions tellement pas satisfaits que nous avons annulé la réservation et le lendemain, nous sommes revenus au BARCELO ! Je recommande les yeux fermés cet hôtel

Si il y a un point potentiellement à améliorer, ce serait la variété des repas pour que tout le monde y trouve son compte.

The location of the place was lovely, the food and drink that was included in the all inclusive was fantastic!! But, the most amazing thing about the hotel was the staff, in particular the entertainment staff, who were five star!!! What a lovely friendly bunch they were. We will 100% be back..

"Im großen und ganzen Zufriedenstellend"

Frühstück für jeden was dabei... Teilweise sehr freundlicher Service.... Sehbehinderte werden liebevoll betreut bzw begleitet im Restaurant.....und auch sonst unterstützt.... Zimmer Reinigung TOP kann nur für Zimmer 645 sprechen....

TV funktionierte bei der Anreise nicht, trotz sofortiger Meldung. Man wurde vertröstet bis wir am 3Tag mit unserem Veranstalter Kontakt aufnahmen. Am nächsten Tag funktionierte der Sportkanal dann wieder.... Man bekommt das Gefühl...... Der Zuständige Mitarbeiter für Erneuerungen der Duschköpfe sollte mal aktiv werden.....
