Location

Well,knowing that summer season is approaching i would expect rooms to be cleaned properly,was plenty time before.Some dirt looks like from months ago.We ware from 02.04-06.04. As well would be nice if pool has heated water especially for some weeks until weather will get better. Staff very friendly,food let’s say ok

The rooms are great, I wish we upgraded to a sea view. It is only spring so I’m sure in summer it would be so much more busy

"Redelijk."

Ligging, leuke nette kamers. Supervriendelijk personeel.

Oploskoffie is slecht, te weinig koffiemachines waardoor lange rijen. De wellness zwembad is gewoon koud, sauna uit, gewoon een flinke tegenvaller waarop ik wel geboekt had, Kledingvoorschriften in restaurant, Engelse gasten lopen in ondergoed rond. Eten in restaurant wel veel keuze maar veelal koud of doorgebakken, jammer. Ik had zeezicht geboekt maar was eigenlijk een beetje uitzicht op kloof, was wel mooi uitzicht maar geen zeezicht.

Die Früchte waren lecker und frisch, Cocktails waren gut

Schimmel im Zimmer und auf den Vorhängen, im Badezimmer kaputtes Waschbecken, Spiegel hat auch schon seine beste Zeit hinter sich, Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer, keine Heizmöglichkeit im Zimmer, ekliger Geruch im Zimmer wie im Flur, im Erdgeschoss war der ganze Flur nass, essen war eine Katastrophe, trotz all-in inklusive musste man für Handtücher eine unnötige Kaution geben, Parkplatz kostet 18€ pro Tag

La amabilidad del personal, a cual mejor! Eva en recepción ,un 10! los camareros del bar de la piscina, los del buffet, en fin todos. Pasamos un fin de semana de lujo!

Que me perdía para ir de un sitio a otro! Las ubicaciones están claras, pero haz de ir a una planta a otra para moverte

I loved the reception are and the the dinning was so beautiful and clean and the cleaning staff and catering team

I feel like the rooms were way smaller in person. The corridors in the hotel were a bit gloomy. It just didn’t feel like a four star hotel to be honest. I feel like as customers we spend more time in The bedroom yeah it’s not that cozy.
