El hecho de poder dejar el coche en el garaje y acceder directamente al hotel desde allí. Las habitaciones son de tamaño normal, suficiente para pasar una o dos noches. La cama es cómoda y está todo limpio; tiene aire acondicionado y no pasas nada de calor, y también tiene persianas para que no moleste la luz por la mañana temprano. El personal fue siempre muy atento y amable. El hotel está muy cerca del Museo del Prado y de la Plaza de Neptuno.

No hay nada que no nos haya gustado en particular, solo señalar que el pasillo de acceso a las habitaciones es muy estrecho y hay que ir en fila india. También mencionar que la decoración de la habitación es peculiar; dormimos bien protegidos bajo la atenta mirada de cuántos superhéroes de Marvel....

"Mala atención y malos tratos del personal."

El hotel está bien ubicado.

El trato del personal, el señor José de la recepción fue bastante grosero e irrespetuoso en repetidas ocasiones. No volvería jamás.
