The services system in this hotel very bad. I couldn't enter the hotel and also couldn't check in. Then, I moved to another hotel. I want to refund my money

Nem kaptam megfelelő információt a szállásra való bejutáshoz, így másik hotelben kellett éjszakázni ((Igaz, a booking visszaigazolásban volt egy telefonszám, én csak a bejutási linkre koncentráltam,😭)) Hogy bent mi volt sajnos nem tudtam meg,😌)

De la moisissure dans la chambre ménage non fait à notre arrivée. Problème avec la porte elle s’ouvrait toute seule (pas sécuritaire la nuit) nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit. Nous avons d’ailleurs écourté notre réservation nous avons quitté l’hôtel au petit matin après y être arrivé à 1h. Experience traumatisante surtout que j’avais demandé de bien nettoyer, j’ai contacté le propriétaire qui m’a dit on va envoyer une équipe pour nettoyer (le ménage doit se faire avant l’arrivée et de toutes manières la moisissure doit se faire traiter pas juste nettoyer)

Hotel Fira Boutique Barcelona should not claim to be something it is not. After completing my online check-in a day before arrival, I was shocked to discover that this so-called “hotel” is actually just a small apartment with four tiny rooms and a shared kitchen. There is no reception, no hotel sign, no room service, no towel replacement, and not even basic essentials like toilet paper/shampoo provided. On my first day, I was left waiting at the door for nearly two hours in an unfriendly neighborhood, just to pay (online only) a €5 tourist fee. I had asked if my wife and I could at least enter the building to feel safe and drop off our luggage, but the request was refused. Communication was also very poor, as the staff member on WhatsApp only spoke Spanish. Once inside, the room was shockingly small and unclean—dirty bed linens, dust on the tables, and hair in the bathroom. When I asked for cleaning, I was told it would only be done every three days. Coincidentally, I was leaving after three days, meaning no cleaning at all during my stay. This property is highly misleading in its presentation. It is not a hotel, and it fails to deliver even the most basic standards of comfort or hospitality. For your own peace of mind and safety, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
