Everything was amazing, hosts were exceptional! So kind and accommodating Carl and José made us feel right at home! Samba their dog is the sweetest. Breakfast is 11/10! The room was always spotless and beds are really comfortable and roomy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

parking could be tricky but we were able to find street parking without a problem.

Unique building and interior with eye for detail. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Everything is well thought through with lots of love and care. Great hospitality and enthusiasm from the owners who are passionate about Mallorca and happy to share the ins and outs on your request. Delicious breakfast everyday and lots of cuddles from Samba!

The breakfast is very good with lots of options available and made to your needs. Lots of fresh food and drink. The hotel is very nicely decorated and the rooms are well sized with comfortable beds. The location is useful to get to all parts of the island, with plenty of restaurants in the town and local area.

from the dappled pink frontage through the the most gorgeous garden at the back and all of the beautifully sourced furnishings in between, the house is a true renovation masterpiece. If you love individual style and design from across the globe and through the ages you’ll be very happy here!

We loved everything about this hotel! Our only regret was not being able to stay loner than 2 nights :( Our room was on the ground floor (the last room available during our stay), and we didn’t hear any noises from the street or upstairs. The top-notch service started with Carl greeting us soon as our car pulled up. Check-in was fast with a tour of the facility. The view from the terrace (common area) was fantastic, but we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of it. Our room was tastefully designed with many art pieces made by Carl. The bed was very comfortable, and the hot shower pressure was strong. We enjoyed the amazing healthy breakfast spread made by Jose every morning. Jose even packed a box of fruit salad for us to take on our boat trip as we didn’t have time to finish it on the spot. We learned so much about Jose & Carl and the story behind the hotel - we felt like we were staying with friends. This was the best hotel we stayed at in Mallorca - not because of any of the hotel amenities, but the personal touches that Jose & Carl provided to their guests.

Es Picarol is located on a quiet street right in the center of Sineu. The design of the common areas and individual room we stayed in was thoughtful and cozy. What really stands out though is the quality of the service - Carl and Jose (and their dog, Samba!) go over and beyond to ensure that each of their guests have everything they need (and more!) and leave with a smile. Thank you!

Carl and José are extraordinary friendly and attentive hosts! They are very warm and welcoming and we had a lovely experience! Would 10/10 recommend!
