Sovitut asiat eivät pitäneet ha aiheutti harmia. Hinnoittelu oli huonoa.

Hinta edullisin vaihtoehto matkan ajankohtana. Mahdollisuus saunoa. Lähellä Ylöjärven jäähallia. Historia kiinnosti Kekkonen vieraillut, mutta siitä on kohta 50 v eli ehkei Niinistö ole käynyt.. Tai muutkaan tulevat valtiomiehet Onkohan terveystarkastaja vieraillut kohteessa viime aikoina. Tampereen kallis hintataso mahdollistaa tällaisen paikan tällaisen hinnan. Majoitushuoneet ahtaita ja kylmiä, pieni patterilisälämpö. Ilmastointikanavat likaiset - sisääntulo ilman venttiilin ympäristö likainen. Ulkoalueiden ympäristö lähes hoitamaton. Huoneiden äänieristys olematon. Puhe ja herätys kuuluu, kuin samassa huoneessa Aamupala niukka - puuro keitetty pohjaan - keitetyistä kananmunista ei kuoret irronneet. Majoitus ei vaikuta hotellilta - kallis majatalo. TV:stä 1-5 ok, muut kanavat eivät toimi. Puhelinverkko? Ja dataverkko olematon.

Sijainti rauhallinen ja paikka erikoinen taideteoksineen.

Huone oli epäsiisti, ikkuna ja verhot likaiset, pölyä, wc:n ovi ei sulkeutunut kunnolla. Sängyt olivat "kirppistasoa". Aamupala oli suppea. Hinta-laatusuhde huono. Myös maksun hoitaminen oli haastavaa.

Saunomis- ja uintimahdollisuus koska tahansa, isäntä järjesti meille myös päivällistä, vaikkei muita syöjiä ollut kyseiselle illalle.

Hiukan kaukana kaikesta ja ylihinnoiteltu.

Unfortunately, the things that I didn't like outweigh the good ones: - I had previously emailed the hotel that I am on a work trip and probably arrive in the late afternoon/early evening. Around 2:00 p.m. of my check-in day I got a call from the host and was asked to check in before 4:00 p.m. (the end of the staff’s working time). With an additional remark: „Don’t arrive here at the very last minute, but 15:30 at the latest!“ This limited the hotel’s actual check-in time to one hour and a half. Not very helpful when not being on vacation, but having a scheduled work day. I had to interrupt my work in Tampere to drive 40 min to the hotel for check-in during the requested time. - The room was not small, but TINY (smaller than the specified 10 sqm). - Wi-Fi did not work properly: I ended up using my mobile phone as a hotspot. - Breakfast consisted of the bare essentials, which were deposited in the fridge of the breakfast room, and I needed to prepare it myself. Although I seemed to be the only guest, the food packages (milk, bread etc.) had already been open for quite a while. I would have appreciated if the „do-it-yourself-breakfast“ had been mentioned clearly in the hotel’s description: it is not a problem per se, but takes up extra time in the morning and is not what you’d expect from a HOTEL which offers continental breakfast. - Overall, the property made a somewhat time-worn impression: the - sometimes quite beautiful - art objects dozed away in the corners of the courtyard. I have stayed in at least 50 different accommodations across Finland during the past four years, but rarely experienced as poor value for money.
