Super cadre, super chambre et accueil incroyable. On reviendra !

Propriétaires sympathiques et de bon conseil. Piscine spacieuse. Petit déjeuner au top, diversifié, pris sur la terrasse avec vue sur le lac. Cadre très agréable. Hôtel bien entretenu. Endroit sécurisé, nous sommes venus avec nos vélos que nous avons pus laisser dans le jardin sans aucun problème.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I rested very well, and found the accommodation and staff really great. What I enjoyed: - the pool is very nice and there are many loungers (but still can be pretty full if all hotel guests are there, which happened, but was still very much fine) - the bigger room was spacious and the bed was huge! - it was peaceful and calm - the view was spectacular; and I had the “garden” view which I think in the end I preferred to the lake one. I could still see the lake but the balcony was onto the pool/garden which felt tranquil and calmer - the breakfast was nice and a good deal. - the cleaning staff really had an eye for the detail and were very friendly as well.

- one has to be careful as there’s no AC in the room. That was still fine as nights were cooler, but in mids of summer a fan (which was provided) might not be enough for those who like to sleep in cooler temps - there were signs all over the hotel that food and drink are not allowed in the hotel. I find it not very friendly, especially since the hotel does not have a restaurant so asking guests to not have their own snacks/drinks felt a little much (and there were at least 3 signs about this). I understand the owners might have had some bad luck but again I felt like it was in too many places. And all in all I did get a knife and plate to use so it’s not so completely frowned upon, but I felt the message around the hotel was too strong - tiny thing, but I missed having some vegetable at breakfast. Tomatoes and cucumbers etc would have been nice to complete the buffet :)
