Très bon emplacement en plein cœur de la ville. Calme cependant. Personnel agréable et professionnel (réservation de taxi pour le lendemain)

Peut-être pourrait il y avoir déla documentation touristique et sur les moyens de transports ( lignes et horaires des bus) dans les chambres.

Great location, very friendly staff.

We unfortunately experienced a heatwave during our visit and since the rooms don't have airconditioner and some had a fitted carpet, it was too hot.

Chambre bruyante : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir Rapport qualité prix du petit déjeuner : légèrement en dessous des attentes ...certaines viennoiseries sèches

It was clean the staff was friendly location fantastic.

There no air-con in room, it was so hot there was this fan but it did nothing it was use less. Not a proper fan It had Just a hand help shower, which okay, which was inside bath which was very slippery no rail to hold on to, to get in or out shower. Breakfast very very basic. The mirror in room behind the wall, which was fine but had no plugs near it so you could not Do your hair. They had a desk there which had a plug near it, all they had to do is put a mirror on the wall there. So you could your makeup and hair.

Dommage pour un 3 étoiles de ne pas avoir de climatisation

Position en plein centre de Châlons, chambre pourtant calme et spacieuse. Gentillesse de l’accueil.
