The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Once we finally did get to our room, the view of the little street was quite charming--loved being able to ppl watch from our room.

I did not find the website to be clear about the distance from some of the rooms to the check in office/breakfast room. Be forewarned that the check in office is a 7 minute walk through the charming town of Eguisheim. Allergens in the hotel room. I want to love this hotel and if you don't suffer with allergies or walking to breakfast/check in/check out, then this is a charming place. I didn't sleep well due to allergens in the room--they were alleviated whenever we left the room. We also had key issues with the main door which made us miss a bus to Colmar. Sadly there were several inconvenient challenges during our stay.

L'emplacement était sympa, le village est magique au moment des fêtes et pour la relation avec La Belle et la Bête

Trop chère pour ce que c'était 229€ la nuit, pour soi-disant un hôtel 3 étoiles, j'ai demandé un lit pour 2 personnes, et pas 2 lits 1 personnes. La propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous, on entendait le voisin ronfler, ses portes se fermer etc ... Vraiment très déçu. Un mail au responsable a été envoyé et j'ai demandé un dédommagement. Et le pire, les photos de la réservation, c'est un Fake. Ça ne correspondait pas du tout.
