La climatisation ! Le confort du Matelas.

Le manque de propreté : poussière sur les étagères côté télé et au dessus des cintres, sous le lit également, l' aspirateur n' a pas été fait. J'ai laissé tomber par inadvertance mon portable ,qui a glissé sous le lit,qui et en me baissant, j' ai pu constater la saleté.. J' ai Également prise une pizza, réchauffée sur place, pour mon dîner.: produit congelé pour un tarif de restauration classique ! Un peu cher : 9,50. € euros et plus beaucoup de choix!

Le calme et le petit déjeuner

Le 3eme lit dans une chambre triple que j’avais reservee via Booking n’était pas fait alors que j’avais prévenu de l’arrivée tardive: à 23 h c’est nous qui avons fait ce lit (en hauteur en plus) Et pour que tout soit parfois a cette heure tardive, les draps à mettre pour ce lit étaient tachés et abîmés : obligés de descendre à la réception en demander d’autre… et d’insister sur la propreté de ces draps pour qu’on nous en donnent des propres!

Le manque TOTAL d'insonorisation. Tant extérieur, qu'interieur. Même fenêtre fermée, on entendait tout les bruits, conversations venant de l'extérieur, comme si la fenêtre était ouverte. Et Idem en intérieur,
