Great location and lovely little hotel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

It gets really hot in the rooms and they're pretty small and dark but are beautifully decorated and always very clean. We always come back to this hotel so it's not too big an issue. Would be great if they had air con.

Lovely refurbished hotel by the seafront in Skegness. Great staff & immaculate room with a very comfortable bed. Well located with a fabulous bar Wolfies next door & good brealfast at Husseys a few doors away using 10% discount card given.

The location is great, the rooms are clean and facilities plentiful, the staff were all lovely who we encountered.

Paid extra for the sea view - which meant a room right next to the door, was kept awake all night with comings and goings, screaming arguing and the people above must have brought an elephant with them. Felt paying extra for the bigger sea view would have been a benefit not a hindrance. Not the fault of the hotel at all what clientele do but it wasnt a good night sleep at all.

Would have preferred a room with a view. We was in the basement but was a nice room .

Location was great and staff were friendly.

The room smelt musty which could be because it was early season. The TV didn't work, next morning was told I should have called the lady to come with batteries... But it was gone 10pm so felt intrusive to have done that.. The curtains wouldn't close so was very light in the room. Was woken really early with people above walking around and loud voices.
