Great location right on the seafront with it's own car park. The room was lovely and had everything I needed. It was nicely decorated, light and very clean. Breakfast was included when I booked but they no longer do meals, however they refunded me as soon as I arrived. I liked that check out was at 11am so no rush to get up.

Nothing. I literally just slept there after going to a festival.

I have always enjoyed my stay there. Fantastic location. The room is cosy and always clean.

No breakfast which is one of my main reasons for staying and a little pricey for room only.. over £100 a night for a single room bed only in June is a little steep especially as you can't always guarantee nice weather in June.

Stay was related to a friends 70th at Raddys and was handy. Room reasonable though liquid dispensers were cumbersome. Shower fine.

We were only informed that the hotel did not do a cooked breakfast the day before. Apparently Booking .com should have advised us of this weeks before. Card used to secure booking was not used to take payment so in the absence of another card the hotel agreed exceptionally to take cash, thankfully we had the exact money.
