Staff very friendly very clean. Room not what we booked. Booked with breakfast but the kitchen was closed. Didn't find out till the morning of our travelling day. My partner not good with walking. We had to cross two very busy roads to the nearest place to have our breakfast

Room was very clean, Good selection of tea and coffee. Receptionist was very friendly.

Position of the TV. Couldn't see it from the bed. Fully understand the hotel is equipped for visually impaired people, Maybe the TV should be on a swivel bracket fixed to the wall.

Historic small hotel. Stylish clean room with shower room, all clean and spacious enough. The house has a little lift for the wheelchair. Friendly staff. Late breakfast. There's a bar open in the evening. We took a 5 min walk to the seaside and had dinner in Smokehouse and drinks in some bar. The next day we were able to leave the bags on hold for a few hours until we visited the Grand Pier arcade on the beach.

I felt like I was lifted back in time at breakfast. I guess they still use drip coffee pot, tasted like it had been warming for a few hours... And beacon had been on the pan since early morning. But I guess that's what you get if choosing late breakfast.
