Being next to a BP and on the highway so easy access to the road.

Housekeeping, gym and pool closed, no breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Overpriced Smells of smoke & musty

There is nothing good about this hotel. We checked in and gave the key back within 5 minutes. The hotel smelt musty and looked unclean. The room looked nothing like the AI picture they post on booking.com. Staff was not interested when we handed the key back with even ask why we was leaving 5 minutes after checking in. Do not book this hotel even if it is your last resort!!!!!!

Everything!!!! Look, cleanses, staff. Smell. Wife felt so unsafe just walking through the corridor to look at the room. We didn’t even take are bags out of the car by the look of the outside……

Location

Room 1 - dirty bed sheets - clearly the bed sheets had already been slept in - so they moved me to a different room. Room 2 - very strong smell of cigarettes, so was moved into another room. Room 3 - nice room, very clean - but someone walked into the room at 1am thinking the room was empty (luckily they left immediately!) In addition, there was lots of work being done in the building but dangerous equipment was left lying around in the corridor (including an open Stanley knife - see picture)
