Quiet, clean and comfortable ensuite room right in the middle of Kinross. Car park nearby, easy check in and good communications.

Could have done with hooks to hang towels as nowhere to put them.

Fresh carpets in hallways and rooms. Clean. Very hot water.

You only get 1 chance to make a good impression, but walking up to the entrance gives an air of a run down property. The bins on view and the dilapidated decking area let the side down. Once inside, let the main door slam shut as the lock needs easing. In the room, the sliding door to the toilet didn't quite fit. My friend could see me on the bed while he was on the toilet.

Woman that booked us in was lovely

Room very small, no curtains on window, so light streaming through blind since 4am. No facilities to eat or drink in hotel. Key code to get in..would expect more for £209.00 that we paid just for a bed and toilet. Not even a seat to sit on in room.

It was just rooms as there are refurbishments in progress, however, it was fairly close to the venue. The bed was comfortable and clean.

There was no reception desk. We were given our keys by the pleasant staff who were cleaning the rooms. There was no food/ drink available. Some of the biscuits provided were past their expiry date. We may have been the only occupants that night. Not sure if any staff were there.

Sem água quente no chuveiro, colchão todo estragado, barulho dos outros hóspedes, estore que não tapa claridade da rua, sanita a derramar água no chão. Resumindo....muito mau.
