Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Coffee was excellent !

This is a minor quip but the shower did have some mould around the bottom edges, showing a little wear.

For some of our party, the rooms on the top floor were a little restricted for space in the en suite

Pleasant, well equipped room, breakfast fine.

Room no 11 Blind missing on side window so I was woken extremely early by broad daylight. Spoiled our visit. No seal on sink outlet so sink could not be filled.

Location, just outside the city centre but close enough to Endcliffe park. Rooms are well decorated, comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly. The whole place is very good.

Prices at times are expensive, even with the loyalty discount.
