The Florentine

Good location for my needs, comfortable bed, unusually nice refreshments in the room for this kind of hotel, good price. The restaurant is fine.

The shower cubicle was minuscule - I’m not huge yet it was a bit of a squeeze! The room above the kitchen extractor fans is affected by noise, heat, and food smells if you need the windows open. It could do with air con.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Coffee was excellent !

This is a minor quip but the shower did have some mould around the bottom edges, showing a little wear.

Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Bathroom equally roomy, with a good shower.

For some of our party, the rooms on the top floor were a little restricted for space in the en suite

Pleasant, well equipped room, breakfast fine.

Room no 11 Blind missing on side window so I was woken extremely early by broad daylight. Spoiled our visit. No seal on sink outlet so sink could not be filled.
