I didn't manage to figure out how to turn heat down but in all fairness I also didn't ask anyone for help with this either

GBGreat cooked breakfast, great linen, very clean room, lots of amenities - travel cot, iron, fan, fridge, TV, board games etc. Super friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed. Excellent value for money
Temperamental and not great shower, quite outdated in looks, decor was questionable - flaking paint, stains, crack in sink. But all superficial and didn't impact stay at all. Worst issue we had was no lock or even proper handle to family room toilet so we could only pull the door to and not fully shut it for privacy. Continental breakfast offering could be a bit better but for the price and quality of the cooked breakfast you can't complain really
