Everything was excellent

Nothing to dislike

Excellent breakfast, with ample choice and portions. Also plenty of time to sit and enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

The only thing that could have been better would be hot plates for the cooked breakfast, as food cools quickly on cold plates.

The hotel was in an excellent location, and the decor and cleanliness were also excellent. Food was varied,well presented, and cooked to perfection. The breakfast options were varied and good portion sizes. Staff were polite and professional. As far as the room was concerned, it wasn't huge but had a lovely view towards the river. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we have experienced in staying g at various venues. It was a bonus to be able to play our own entertainment on the Bluetooth speakers, and tea and coffee facilities were good. The bathroom was very spacious and well decorated.

Nothing everything was great. If there was one thing, it might have been nice to be able to hang up the complementary dressing gowns, we just draped them over the huge bath. But this was really not an issue

One of the best breakfast's I have ever had.

Absolutely amazing experience and stay from pre arrival to check out. From the greeting from staff on arrival, to the room, with a high standard of furnishings, comfy bed to a well presented bathroom with bath and large shower. Breakfast started with a great choice and everything was superb. Would highly recommend and thank you all the staff who made us welcome. Definitely will be visit again.
