Smiths Hotel

Lovely staff,room was very clean

The shower was either hot or cold no in-between

No room service

Stayed before and will stay again, fab location and great hotel

No Hot water, seems the boiler had cut out but wasn't up and running for us to have showers

Room was lovely and clean unfortunately we had a rear view, I thought was a little costly for the potion of room, could have been better located for the price.

Location and cleanliness of the room, staff polite and helpful too.

Bathroom a bid small, there was a nasty smell all the time, and when we were in the lift it was the same smell. Could of done with some entertainment

Me and my partner went to bed the room was stifling hot couldn’t even open our window as we was on the second floor but there was a sort of metal walk way for the workers and no one should of been out on this walk way but a guy in the next room climbed out his window and was litterally stood in our window view it quite scared me a bit as he was in and out of the window so had to keep the window and curtains shut so by half past 10 we left the room and had to head all the way back home as I felt so unsafe and uncomfortable and couldn’t breath in the room because couldn’t open the window 😩so probly won’t be booking there again .

It had a sea view and balcony

The manager Tina was really rude to me especially when I was ill I told I wasn’t well to eat breakfast
