Tamasha Hotel

Breakfast very good and what you needed - Mix of continental and eggs. Nice staff and looked like a lovely restaurant. Room was fine and had what I needed Shower/bathroom was clean

Curtains torn and broken in bedroom so couldn't close them to block out sunlight. Wifi would not work at all and couldn't connect despite correct password. Pretty sure all rooms are located on the same floor on a tiny landing so there is no escape from other residents. 3-4 other men staying in the room right beside mine (room 21 on 8/6/24) arrived back at 2am. They were clearly drunk, load shouting, laughing, slamming doors (all staying in the same room) listening to early 2000's 50 Cent (sweet baby jesus!!!) and definitely doing lines of cocaine all night wouldn't shut the f**k up until 5:30am! They kept going in and out of the room, slamming the door and up and down stairs. The walls are paper thin. I had to work the next day early in the morning in the area and didn't sleep all night. This isnt exact the fault of the hotel but this is the demographic it attracts. Unfortunately what I find frustrating and disappointing is the fact that I called the hotel customer services number repeatedly that night with no answer. Nobody responded to my emails or voicemail in the middle of the night to ask them to intervene or even the next morning and there were no staff in the building past 10pm. It was disgraceful. If it happens again - just call the police directly to the hotel for a noise complaint instead. Don't stay here if you actually want to sleep. And to the lads in the room... really sad Saturday night guys!

This is a marvelous calm place to stay. A very clean, well appointed room, a calm lovely breakfast and such wonderful staff. Thank-you! Sucria!

I would have preferred a bath rather than a shower.

Just fit the brief for a low cost price :)

Quiet

Room a bit small

Breakfast was poor. Nobody arrived to give us breakfast, until 8.30. (booked for 8.00. ). No toast . Terrible croissant. Staff were polite.

Location was fine. Decor in restaurant exceptional. Bedrooms worn out and aged. Heating non existent. We got a call dead on 8am to announce our breakfast was ready... two boiled eggs.

Rooms were cold despite heating being on. Breakfast was pants.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was top notch.

The bed headboard was loose, which meant every time I moved on the bed, it banged against the wall. Suspected leak on pipework near the washbasin.

Location was good. Clean rooms.

Breakfast was a let down and far to early for a Sunday. . Also got stuck as there were no staff on in the morning and the car park did not open till 11am to get our car out.
