The location is great, and the rooms are clean. The staff are very welcoming

Small twin beds, bathroom very small, the lighting isn’t enough in the room. There is a small table and chair but no light and no mirror above it. This is important when getting ready to go out for the evening. No soft chairs to sit at and there is a chest of drawers inside the wardrobe which makes it impossible to hang long clothes.

Location & the staff. Room was great with a glorious harbour view.

Bathroom a bit tired.

The style was great and the staff were extremely helpful especially the on shift manager when I needed help accessing the building after midnight !

No issues, was a little concerned the shower was a little loud and didn't know if that would disturb others staying in other rooms

Friendly welcome

Limited check-in times. No parking. High up and not warned of all the steps/inclines. Cheap furniture in room. No cost hangers just hooks. Shower tray blocked.
