The White Swan Hotel Bar & Restaurant

the shower room was excellent but the handle was coming off the shower room door. The bedroom was very cold, and the heating went off, so we used a fan heater. There was no breakfast included in the price, which was expensive, as the bedroom was tatty and tired. The bed was very low towards the ground, and there was no headboard, and difficult to sit up in bed, due to the slant of the loft ceiling.

There was a lot of noise from the bars and out side the hotel late at night.

Location and the shower

No breakfast options, no robes as advertised for the Diamond suite, no waters in the room and the nest of pigeons in the loft directly above us, plus traffic from 6am

The location was excellent and near to some lovely restaurants. The room we had was very nice and spacious.

No facilities still for breakfast in property. The en-suite bathroom needed updating. There was mould in the shower and a strange smell from the plumbing.
