Location

Lack of attention to detail. Heating didn'twork presumably because the thermostat was broken. It was a cold night so very uncomfortable. The tv remote was misding. Insufficient toiletries in the bathroom

"Nice Stay"

Our room was comfortable &clean,staff were friendly & helpful,the food was good l had a small carvery and really enjoyed it.

We didn't have a shower facility in our bathroom,and the television wasn't working properly as we couldn't get any channels on it.And kids running round at 10pm at night screaming &out in the carpark unattended too.
