Excellent breakfast and good central location. Jason was a very welcoming host. Our evening meal in the restaurant was very good.

The room was very hot (due to the heatwave) and also quite noisy as we were on the front of the building and had the window open due to the heat.

Lovely friendly atmosphere and all staff were very attentive. Tea/coffee making facilities are available in the room. The complimentary porridge pots and biscuits were a lovely touch! The beds are so comfortable too! Would definitely book again 😊

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel did accommodate an early check with no additional cost.

The accommodation is very old and tired. We were in rooms at top of hotel had to remember to duck down due to low ceilings. Not what you want to be thinking about when walking around your room and getting out of bed. Price high for quality of hotel.

Jason and the staff were all great. They were all very cheerful and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble, and they were very happy to help. The evening meal was excellent, including for vegans.

The breakfast was disappointing, especially as there were no vegan cooked options and the fruit was very limited. The continental breakfast was very limited and poorly presented. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and there was a huge amount of noise from the pub downstairs, until 2am on the Saturday night.
