Amazing hosts, fabulous evening meal and breakfast. Staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Couldn’t fault them. 5*

Our only problem was the excessive amount of stairs everywhere due to our limited mobility.

Clean spacious room, the staff could not have been more attentive especially as they had a function on but still could not have done enough for us.

Centrally located in Langholm. The staff were very pleasant.

The room was quite large and the bed was extremely comfortable with a big plump duvet. Reception was efficient and friendly. The room was great value. I didn't try the breakfast or the restaurant/bar but it looked lively. Free car park directly opposite.

The decor is fading rather, but that is forgivable given the price of the room.

Fantastic welcoming staff. Clean characterful rooms. Nice touch was the pot of instant porridge in the room alongside the usual hot drinks options.

The room was very spacious. Good level of amenities in the room and in the bathroom. Excellent dinner at the adjacent restaurant and excellent breakfast the next morning. Friendly and accommodating host. The location is in the center of the town, very picturesque, and hotel itself is located in a historic building.

The CO alarm woke me up in the middle of the night. Why would one even have a CO alarm in a hotel room? Also, very low hanging ceiling in the hallway and in the room - so if you're tall, watch out! But those are minor nits, we really enjoyed our stay.
