Plumbing: douche deed het niet/ mengkranen werken niet goed (mengen slecht). Europees Ontbijt karig (oude croissantjes etc). Sap, yoghurt wordt niet (meer) aangevuld voor gasten die wat later ontbijten! Teleurstellend (vorig jaar veel beter)!

The building, location and rooms were great. Front desk staff were friendly on arrival.

Do not eat at the restraunt. It was an awful experience. We splurged and got The Tomahawk Steak, it was cooked well over done when we asked for a rare to medium rare. The staff clearly knew it was made incorrectly and they ignored our table the rest of the evening once we got our food. Even though the other tables were checked on numerous times during our service. When we finally got their attention they just shrugged it off like it was our probelem. We felt very uncomfortable being in the common areas after that. When we brought the issue up again they just said it was too bad and wish we brought up sooner, even tho we did the night of the dinner. I never write reviews like this but this was our first night there and ruined our time at this venue for the rest of our stay.

The room we got was very compact - even though we stayed only for 1 night, there was not much space to leave things.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Abendessen war köstlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine reiche Auswahl und es konnte zusätzlich aus einer Karte bestellt werden.

Das Duschwasser war kalt und die Duschwanne hatte noch einige Haare drin.
