Lovely location in the middle of a small village olde world village pub with accomodation

Breakfast was fantastic grat chose

Room 18 was a bite small for two adults but nice clean room overlooking the river

Superb finest suite with bath in the bedroom and separate bathroom. Excellent breakfast in the morning and friendly staff.

When booking we thought we had booked the suite with the bath in the bedroom, but when we arrived we were given a smaller double. It is unclear on the booking.com website whether you had booked this room as this is the first image you see when booking which is why we booked there. However the staff were great and re accommodated us into the room we wanted.

We had our room upgraded free of charge for our anniversary. The decor is lovely and cosy and the staff were friendly.

The barking dog we could hear in somebody’s room.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Lots of parking, the staff were friendly. The rooms were lovely, exceeded our expectations and the beds were comfortable.

Being really picky, every time you flushed the toilet a loud noise would happen shortly after but wasn’t too much of a concern.

Breakfast was fine, continental was a little sparse. Staff were helpful

Rooms extremely poor and in need of total professional makeover. Carpets, curtains, pelmets, dirty, grout missing in bathroom, along with rotting wood, and looked like a child had put the silicon in, very amerteurish. Outside window the was a dog poo bag that had been thrown there.. worst of all, was the tv, it was tiny, and we thought it was a computer screen, crap reception, to the point where i complained about it, and we were moved to a different room, tv was bigger, but ended up with no chanels available. Bathroom lights had only one bulb working, and so had to complain about this also. This, in my opinion is NOT a four star hotel, and not becoming of Prestbury
