Our daughter and family were at the caravan site across the road so was very handy The staff were all very helpful and friendly , breakfasts were delicious We had lunch on Easter Sunday with the family and later that night myself and husband had some snacks The food was beautiful and nicely presented The room was ok too Would definitely recommend

A very convenient spot to stay for Middlesbrough, Redcar, Saltburn ,Guisborough, or north Yorkshire.

There was nothing to dislike. The staff were always available and helpful. Food was excellent. Parking easy and plenty of space. Although the front is on a main road, the accommodation is very quiet and overlooks a pleasant garden area at the rear of the hotel.
