We chose this place for the parking and location. It was a lovely walk into the city along the river, about 20 mins through Bute Park. Water Taxi to Cardiff bay was good too in the park - £16 return for adults. Parking was a lottery if you got a space and we did as local parking isn't easy being so close to the city. Breakfast was well cooked and presented but not to many healthier options available on the menu. Bar was very busy but good atmosphere and noise not excessive. The room was fine but a little tired and the window frames needing replacement really. TV had a mind of it's own but worked ok.

The floors creaked alarmingly and anyone walking around above you generated some significant creaking etc.

This was a great place to stay and enhance our Cardiff experience. The room was great - bigger than expected with a very comfy bed. The bathroom was modern and spacious. Great location as an easy walk to the Castle and town centre. Loved that it had the pub downstairs with a good menu and drink selection. Very quiet also which was a surprise being over a bar!

The stairs are narrow to get suitcases up - but its an older property so to be expected. Thankfully my husband did the lifting so didn't bother me at all!

Zeer netjes en schoon. Ontbijt van zeer goede kwaliteit. Keuken in de avond ook zeer goed

Jammer dat de buitenkant zo verwaarloosd wordt. Past niet bij de allure van het hotel. De kozijnen mogen wel wat verf hebben

The room was huge. We were in walking distance to Cariff castle. Park near by was great. The staff were lovely.

The Beverley is straightforward, clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and great food. It is located very centrally in Cardiff, near some lovely green spaces.
