The location was excellent in a central and affluent area, so the streetscape is quite beautiful. The staff.- especially Jamie were helpful and friendly and we really appreciated assistance with our bags because the rooms are spread over three floors and quite a lot of stairs.. He helped us with advice and organised the taxi to the central station- all of which were really appreciated. Great value for such a good location and a lovely pub.

Old style pretty pub in an old area so lovely streetscape with friendly and helpful staff.

Walking distance to city centre but with access to lovely suburban amenities. Car park. Very pleasant staff. Great breakfast.

The bed way too hard couldnt rest after a 6 hour journey woke up with headache no support on pillows

Great little pub in Pontcanna, staff are fantastic, rooms are clean and comfortable.

No lift and stairs are quite steep.

Great location. The room was modern clean and well laid out. A great breakfast was available at a very reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.

Poor WiFi although I was warned about this at check in.

Great location and room was a good size with spacious bathroom. Staff were great with accommodating for food allergies (GF). Evening meals were delicious and varied and the cooked breakfast was a treat.

Car parking can be limiting for guests staying in the accommodation.
