Sehr zentrale, aber auch sehr ruhige Lage (in Greifswald in der Fußgängerzone kann es im Sommer recht laut sein), fabelhaftes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, alles super sauber. Zimmereinrichtung einschl der Matratzen ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber man kann für den Preis halt auch nicht alles haben. Ich habe mich dort zum wiederholten Mal sehr wohl gefühlt.
