"Centerally located with great views of the Mosel and friendly staff!"

Staff were very friendly and welcoming! It’s centrally located and we had rooms along the river which were very quiet at night. Beds were very comfortable and nice bathrooms.

Everything overall was great; only note is we didn’t have shampoo/conditioner in shower.

Super Lage. 5 Meter über 0 mit herrlichen Blick auf die Mosel. Ca. 150 m vom Zentrum mit einer phantastische Altstadt mit wundervollen Menschen. Hat uns sehr beeindruckt.ä

"Leuk plaatsje, volgende keer ander hotel of andere kamer!"

Bernkastel echt een leuk plaatsje, veel te beleven dus top! Hotel zat ook vlakbij centrum. Mooie badkamer. Prima ontbijt.

Superkleine kamer en vanwege de temperatuur niet te harden in de kamer, alleen een ventilator maar dat was echt te weinig om het comfortabel te laten zijn! Uitzicht was niets, totaal geen beleving van hotel aan de Moesel!

Die Lage des Hotels

Bettwäsche war nicht sauber und musste nach Anfrage gewechselt werden.Betten waren sehr unbequem Frühstück war okay Gegenüber der Reception waren die Toiletten und den ganzen Tag standen dort die Türen offen.Nicht sehr einladend und geruchsfrei. Preis Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt.
