Rindocks Hotel

Sehr unkompliziertes ein-und auschecken in dem kleinen Hotel über dem Restaurant. Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher.

Uns fehlte das Frühstück im Hotel. Leider nicht möglich. Kein Ansprechpartner nach 22 Uhr im Hotel.

Location was excellent.

The heating system did not work properly.

The room was comfortable and the location was walking distance from shopping and restaurants

Large main room, kitchenette with utensils included a table+chairs for 4, nice beds, free parking, friendly personnel. All these make it a good option for a family or group of friends.

The second room was smelling bad of cigarettes. A bit cumbersome to navigate with the elevator between floors, parking etc. The ramp to the parking situated at the first floor is narrow and difficult to access with big cars.

Spacious flat (apartment) with kitchen facilities and free parking, the Steak House downstairs was good.

While the decor was reasonable it just felt a little run down. No kettle which made making a cup of tea tricky.

The room has a modern standard and was clean. Location in Rahlstedt is in walking distance to stores.

I received answers to my questions from the cleaning personnel or the lady from the restaurant that seems to be connected to the hotel. Or maybe she wasn’t working for the hotel and she was just being friendly. There is no reception, no one to turn to with a question, and no one was there when I wanted to check in at 2 PM. It says 24 hours availability, but that’s not true. There was no availability.
