Es hat nicht alles geklappt. Die Klimaanlage ist leider kurzfristig ausgefallen. Da kann niemand etwas für. Bei so einem Wetter natürlich unangenehm. Aber es wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen und auf das Partnerhotel umgebucht. Toller Service, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Ich komme gerne wieder.

"A good value hotel riverside on the Rhine"

Excellent location overlooking River Rhine. Extensive onside parking. Spacious room overlooking river with large ensuite and good Spacious wet room shower style. Bed comfortable as was pillow. Good breakfast choice and evening dinner was good value and served quickly by staff despite one one of the hottest days of 2026.

Wij hadden een kamer met airconditioning geboekt.De soort van airco was al een paar weken kapot.Had ons op de hoogte gebracht dan waren wij met 36 graden niet gekomen.

Die Lage

Klimaanlage defekt. Im Zimmer waren über 30 grad. Schlafen nur bedingt möglich. Abendessen war nur bedingt möglich, da sehr viele Speisen nicht mehr verfügbar waren.
